Before: We’ll meet once to talk through what your team needs. We’ll provide an info pack for your team with prep work to get us on the same page before the workshop starts.
During: A three-hour workshop where we lead your team of 1-10 people through the tools needed so you’re headed towards where you want to be.
After: We’ll synthesize what was accomplished in the session and give tangible next steps, action items, and considerations for moving forward. -
The three-hour workshop includes all prep, facilitation, and a post-workshop synthesis summary for $4,800.
Storytelling Strategy
Have a report or presentation coming up and need help articulating what you want to say? This two-part sprint will define your key messages, flow, and storytelling tactics.

You need help organizing your insights and ideas to clearly communicate them to new audiences.

This is a two-part sprint that takes place over one week.
Before: You collect and share a pre-read for us to review.
During: In session one we unpack all of your content and ideas to identify key messages. Between sessions, M&C will draft an outline. In session two, we will refine the outline and identify storytelling tactics to bring key messages to life.
After: You get a Storytelling Plan documenting your outline, key messages, and storytelling tactics.

A six-week user research sprint run by M&C. We will develop and manage the interview protocol, participant recruitment, interview facilitation, qualitative data collection and synthesis of 12 user interviews.
At the end, you receive an Insights Report summarizing key user insights and problem-solution fit analysis for your concept.
